  • Stephanie Tanny, President

    Stephanie Tanny has over 15 years of professional experience in development. She loves raising money; creating systems for improved workflow and efficiency; analyzing and organizing data; and serving diverse communities. She started Kasih Initiative in 2015 after seeing the need from government agencies and non-profits for knowledgeable development professionals.

  • Randall Navarro, Director of Strategic Partnerships

    Randall Navarro is a conservation-focused fundraising strategist with over 15 years of experience securing public and private investment for land, water, and outdoor recreation initiatives. Through his work with THK Associates and as the founding Executive Director of the Clear Creek Greenway Authority, he helped raise and manage millions for river restoration, open space, and greenway development projects. At Kasih Initiative, he now leads national grant strategy efforts, supporting conservation organizations in building scalable funding systems and securing complex, multi-source funding. His work bridges on-the-ground conservation priorities with the funding structures needed to bring them to life.

  • Nicole Hubert - Development Manager

    Nicole Hubert (she/her) has been working in the development, social impact, and non-profit sectors since the start of her career. Nicole has technical proficiency working in social justice, gender equity and social inclusion, and environmental justice, both domestically and internationally, having spent extensive time working in sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She is deeply passionate about supporting organizations to build capacity and scale sustainably to fulfill their missions, and is excited to leverage her federal and foundational development expertise to grow Kasih’s clients.

  • Allen Ingabire, Development Coordinator

    Allen Ingabire is a development professional with over six years of experience across education, social impact, and gender-focused initiatives. Her work spans program and project implementation, fundraising, and partnership management, supporting both grassroots nonprofits and large organizations.She brings a global perspective, with experience across international and domestic contexts, and is deeply committed to advancing community-centered solutions. Allen is passionate about working with organizations that prioritize the needs, voices, and lived experiences of the communities they serve.

  • Hope Mwadime, Grants & Operations Coordinator

    With over seven years of administrative experience, Hope is an Executive Assistant who specializes in building systems that help leaders and businesses thrive. She brings a versatile background in streamlining systems for better operational accuracy. Beyond her administrative expertise, she has a proven ability in working with cross-functional teams and utilizing different tools to improve efficiency and maintain high customer retention. Throughout her work, Hope remains dedicated to helping visionaries reach their goals with reliability and discretion.

  • Amanda Roy, Facilitator

    Amanda has been working with government and non-profit organizations for over 10 years in subjects of DEI, JEDI, and IDEA as well as youth leadership, nutrition, and most recently Scrum. Amanda has adopted agile methodologies through Scrum Master training to facilitate groups.
