Kasih (kas-seh)

an Indonesian word that means both to give and to love

Founded in 2015, Kasih Initiative is a woman- and minority-owned firm specializing in grant services, strategic planning, and coaching for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. While many of our clients are based in Colorado, we work nationwide with both state-based and national organizations, helping them secure critical funding and build sustainable, impactful programs.

At our core, we are grant experts, dedicated to securing resources that allow nonprofits to thrive. We also provide strategic planning and coaching to strengthen organizational leadership, refine fundraising strategies, and streamline operations for long-term success.

Kasih Initiative has deep expertise in working with outdoor recreation, conservation, and environmental justice organizations, leveraging trusted partnerships to break cultural barriers and engage communities on their terms. We identify specific needs and challenges, transforming them into actionable projects and programs while securing funding from government agencies and private foundations.

Our Mission

Kasih Initiative exists to help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations secure the funding they need to create lasting change. We achieve this by providing expert grant services, targeted community engagement, and strategic support that empowers organizations to realize their full potential.

With a proven track record of success, we don’t just write grants—we build strong, sustainable funding strategies that allow nonprofits to focus on their missions rather than chasing dollars.

Let’s work together to turn vision into impact and ensure your organization has the resources it needs to thrive.
